Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SDynamics Accounting platform ("Service") provided by SDynamics Enterprise ("we", "our", "us"), a business registered in Tawau, Sabah, Malaysia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
SDynamics Accounting is a cloud-based bookkeeping and accounting platform designed for Malaysian SMEs and accounting firms. Features include AI-assisted bookkeeping, OCR receipt scanning, invoice management, financial reporting and multi-client management.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to bind your business to these Terms.
- One subscription covers the number of client companies specified in your plan.
3. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- Current plan pricing: Starter RM99/month, Professional RM299/month, Firm RM799/month.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay Curlec. We do not store payment card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund on your first month's subscription if you are not satisfied, provided you have not exceeded 50 transactions on the platform. Subsequent months are non-refundable. To request a refund, email admin@sdynacct.my within 7 days of payment.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Malaysian law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
- Upload malicious code, viruses or harmful content.
- Reverse-engineer, copy or resell the platform without written permission.
- Enter false or fabricated financial records.
6. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all financial data, documents and records you enter into the platform. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not access your data except for support purposes with your explicit permission.
7. AI-Assisted Features
Certain features use artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's API) for document classification, OCR and financial suggestions. AI outputs are provided as assistance only — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated entries before posting them as financial records. We are not liable for errors arising from AI-generated suggestions.
8. Availability and Uptime
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing us.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
- Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, SDynamics Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
