• To provide, operate and maintain your account and subscription.
• To process payments through Razorpay Curlec.
• To send transactional emails such as account activation, invoices and system alerts.

• To improve our platform based on usage patterns.

Your data is stored on servers hosted in Malaysia via Hostinger. We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, access controls and regular backups. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Razorpay Curlec — for payment processing.
• Anthropic — AI-assisted features (OCR, classification) send document content to Anthropic's API. No personal identifying data is retained by Anthropic beyond the API call.
• Legal authorities — if required by Malaysian law or court order.

5. Your Rights Under PDPA Malaysia

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to:
